    First you need to know what format you want VCD or SVCD. Check the guide "how to" <--- left side. I suggest Sefy's guide, it is a very good guide for beginner.
    With those vobs, You just finnished only Frist step of creating (S)vcd so you need some more softwares and steps to finnish everything. Next you will have to prepare those vobs to be able to encode to (S)VCD format (mpeg1 or mpeg2). Then encode then burn to CDR/W then enjoy your movies.
