I have a video I made in Adobe Premere Pro 1.5 and I used the audio feature to split all the audio traks into 5.1 and have exported the video with the 5.1, but it is like 4GB in size and I want to compress the audio and video in virtual dub.

Now I'm going to export the video to XviD but the audio I don't know because I want to keep it in 5.1 just compressed. I've been looking around this site and I believe I save the audio as ACC or AC3 but is that compressed or uncompressed 5.1?

AC3 is compressed 5.1. If you have save it as compressed, even at 384 you should only have a few hundred MBs used. 4GB sounds more like LPCM (uncompressed and can contain multiple channels.)

Do you have the required plugins to create AC3 audio from Premiere ?

5.1 aac will give you the smaller sized output especially if you use he-aac. AC3 is probably more universally compatible, but then if you are planning on storing your XviD in a mp4 container then AC3 isn't an option anyway.
