  1. I have a bunch of divx files that when played back in media player play really slow...video and audio. Im trying to convert them to vcd but when extract the audio it comes out slow also...anyone know what might be causing this? Im using the divx 4 codecs, installed over version 3...

  2. HaZZaD,

I know that if the DIVx file is too large >1000 Mb my mediaplayer (i've got P4 1,5 Ghz and 512Mb mem)will play it very slow.
Try playing it in Virtualdub (VD doesn't load file) if you want to play file correctly, try cutting it in two ore more pieces.

  3. If the original plays fine,

You're PC probably is having difficulties converting audio,
try converting it to 44100Hz and see what you get.

    Good Luck
