I have alot of data like that in an excell spread sheet. I can't seem to get any meaningful graphics or report with it though

What sort of graphics/report would you like to get from it ?
You could create a macro to separate into separate fields, and then do a numerical summary on any particular field I guess - I assume that "Windows support Walk-up (non-lab user)" and "Resolved on contact" are probably two variables that could contain a finite number of possible choices ?If in doubt, Google it. -
I'd like to know see graphs comparing the amount of calls for each listed issue, compare call volume time of day and see who is not answering any calls.
