    Not what I said.

But if you want to play, I'm game

Anything from Blockbuster's current postal rental selection available to download free?

I believe the site has quite a good search engine. You asked for a site with which you could legitimately download movies, this is one such site. Then you changed tack after they had to be curent box office hits. Now you're demanding they be in stock in Blockbuster. It begs the question why you didn't start off on this point to begin with. But I'm sure you'll tell me you did.

    Yes it is. :P

Coming Next : Rob demands to know where he can legitimately download Return Of The Sith (or whatever the feck its called).

Obviously, I am mistaken - everyone who talks of converting a downloaded file has obtained it legitimately and is a purveyor of fine black and white films from half a century ago and not someone wanting to convert their latest P2P file of a DVD rip or what's in the cinemas now.

Of course they are, how silly of me to think otherwise

    You cynic you.

In all fairness though, 99.99% of all "How do I convert this avi to DVD" requests must be for warez. Either that or cam footage. But that doesn't mean legitimate requests for help don't happen, just they must be very few and far between.

If I'm honest I prefer the "I've just gotten this avi from a friend and its in rar format." requests.

First I think it's all warez, then I'm told it's not, now I'm told it is.

In the words of Father Dougal McGuire from an episode of Father Ted that I've just downloaded, 'I'm confused, Ted'

    That's more like it.

I think this has been suitably threadjacked. I'll see you on www.warezmonkeys.net.
