Hello,
This reminds me of something that happened awhile back in the DETROIT METRO area.
The old fm radio Station 99.5 the fox got bought by a new company. They were going to switch to FM talk (the first time - now there is a fm talk - 97.1 that apparently is doing pretty well).
But the damndest thing happened. For about two weeks they had a voice counting! It was some computerized voice that would just keep doing the same thing!
Weird...
For those who are interested it is now a country music station.

A voice just counting? Sounds like a number station.
