Hi,
I recently purchased a RJ-HD by Rjtech (a portable DivX Player) but I am having a few problems with it. It works just fine when I plug it into the computer, it takes in the information and the files but when I plug it into the TV it shows the menu but it doesn't show any language... just blocks and beside that a number 0... (probably meaning it doesn't detect the files). Now I don't know how to fix this, but there is a firmware available to update this RJ-HD but I am not sure if it will fix it... because if I install the firmware onto the HD than I cannot even return to where it was purchased. Any help on how I can get it working? It just doesn't show the ROOT MENU and it has no language lol . I contacted technical support when it didn't work at all but now it works with the computer and I don't want/cant contact tech support due to it being saturday. Plz someone help !
