  1. Ok. I downloaded an mpg file. It was in PAL. I used Ulead to make it NTSC format. I then burned the mpeg NTSC onto a CDRW. I used Ulead and created a VCD. I have a KLH DVD-221 player. It wont read the disc. I took the disc to work and tried it in a Toshiba player. It wont read the disc. I tried burning it with Nero. It still isnt working. I am new at this but i cant get it to play on my PC either. The player i use for my CD's is Windows Media Player. I cant figure out what i'm doing wrong. I have read all the HOW TO stuff on this site but this disc should be playing. The mpeg i am putting on the disc is fairly short. I wanted to test it. PLEASE HELP

  3. My DVD player is said to support CDRW by the list. I have played a VCD of Star Wars before so i know it can play. Can you go over the basics so i can check to make sure i have done eveything right. If my mpeg is in NTSC and i burn it directly to a disc like that is it supposed to play or did i miss something?
