  4. Looks like a nice idea but I have a question. What encoders are you going to compare? Freewares? Sub $100? I've seen this before and I don't relly know if it's fair to grade CCE SP (or the like) against TMPGenc (or the like) ... I'll be watching though....

  5. Any encoder is accepted. We'll see if higher priced encoders end higher in the ranking than low cost ones...
