Problem playing DSAT Codec

I downloaded an .ogm file. I tried playing it in VLC. The video plays fine but there is no audio. I used GSpot to find out which codec it uses. Video is XVID and Audio is DSAT from Microsoft.
Gspot error is "codec not installed" code 0x0066
I tried searching the forum and google but didnt come up with anything. I would appreciate it if someone who knows can help me out.
