i have an avi movie and i would like to make a vcd,but when i burn it with toast and watched it in my vcd player, my tv always overscan it and i cannot see the top, well you know..

so i try to put black bars arround it before toasting it so that i still can watch full images, but i don't know what is the size of the black bars should i set so that the images fit perfectly without being overscan. i have try and error but still dont find the perfect size, so if anybody have already solve this problem please tell me how many pixels you put in the black bars box.

i'm already run out of cd-r

This helped me a lot when converting movies.
Read it through a couple of times, because it is not obvious from the beginning.
And test it out on the short sample of the file you want convert.
Explicit is a very useful tool for splitting your movies:

There's no point in going for perfection. Every TV is different. It even varies on a single TV depending on how long it's been on, how hot it is, etc.
