I am confused as to why toast titanium 6.1 claims (under disc info) that a DVD+R has 7.8 gigs? Is this true or just a bug?
And also, why do DVD+Rs have an RW logo on them? Are they rewritable?

is there anything on the disc? Is it a dual layer disc? is it an offbrand disc with bad formatting?
