    I was just wondering if my dvd plays dvds or cds as data discs,

    Like for example I put 2 mpgs then I select from the menu the data file, and play it,

    Will I be able to do that ?

    I got a pioneer dv-360

    according to the dvd player database...

    mpegs no..

    music (mp3/wma) yes..

    doesnt mean you shouldnt giv'er a whirl.. its only 1 dvd-r.

    i've got a pioneer dv-270 and it wont play mpeg files burned on to a dvd-r.

    Burn it to a dvdr and give it a try.
