Simple Freeze a frame in a clip in Premiere??

How do you freeze a frame in a clip then put it back into motion in Premiere 6.5/7.0? {ex. Pitcher throwing a baseball,freeze frame when batter makes contact with the ball then back to motion when the ball flies away} thanks

One way to do this would be to extract a single frame from your clip at the moment where you want the freeze to be as a Bitmap. Then cut your original clip into two at that point. Insert that still picture into your timeline, stretch it out for the amount of time you want the freeze to remain, then add the second half of the clip to the end...
