Can anyone get G Fifty Percent to work? I'm not seeing it under my list of filters anywhere...

Or, does anyone know of any other free slow motion plugins?

JES Deinterlacer can be used for 50% slo-mo, too:

The source material must be truly interlaced (i.e. 50/60 _genuine_ fields per second) so it can do a "bob" deinterlacing, i.e. make a whole frame from the half-frame (so you get 2x more unique frames to slow down). With slow shutter speeds this trick doesn't work because then the video is essentially progressive.
