    I would like to create a DVD test. With several questions and each answer going to a different video.

    What software is available to do this cheap like free?

    Nothing, without a TON of work.
    Try DVDLab, free for 30 days.
    There's even a tutorial and posts on doing this in the DVDLab forums.

    What's the scale/scope of your test?...

    5 yes/no questions.......50 multiple choice......500 various types

    Low end--every DVD authoring app could do this
    Mid--get a capable semi-pro or pro app (encore, dvdarchitect, reeldvd, DVDSP, dvd producer, etc. Maybe dvdlab pro)
    High end--Maestro, Scenarist, or work(buy/rent/lease) with Zoolab's DVD-Extra software!
