Conversion from Xvid to Xvid - Quick Question - please help.

Ok, I have an Xvid video file. I made some Karaoke for it, perfectly timed and all that. When I encode the Xvid again to add the karaoke the audio and video go out of sync. The audio is about 1-2secs slower than the video.

When I preview it in VirtualDub Mod it's fine, perfectly timed and all that.

The quality etc is all fine, it's just the out of sync audio that is the problem.

Load the video into Gold Wave, or select File=>Save Wav... and name the wave file. Select Audio=>Wave audio and load your new wave file. Then save the new vidoe under a new file name. It should clear up you synch problem.
