    I have 3 movies I want to put on a DVD. I have everything set up and it looks great. But I want some music(maybe 30-60seconds worth) to play/loop when it is on the main menu. I don't know how to do this. Can someone help?

    AFAIK the only way to do this in TMPGEnc DVD Author is to make a motion menu. To do this you need to create a DVD-compliant MPEG of your background image muxed with your music. TMPGEnc Plus can take JPGs as the video source.
    If in doubt, Google it.

    ...and I think I've seen that not all DVD compliant audio formats work for menus (in TDA). Can't remember which doesn't work, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was AC3.

    If my memory serves me right, I think it has to be either WAV or MP2 only. Possibly even MP2 only.

    If my memory serves me correctly, WAV definitely works, and I've got a feeling that AC3 works if you've got the AC3 plugin, but I could be wrong
    If in doubt, Google it.

    - I was under the impression that the AC3 plugin was only needed if you used TDA to encode to AC3?

    If jimmalenko's memory serves mats correctly, then I think you're right...

    @daamon:
    You forgot to bold the "you're"
    If in doubt, Google it.

    Well, if my memory serve's you correctly, then I believe that matsloaf once said "Three out of four ain't bad", or was it "Two out of three..."?

    "I want you", "I need you", "But there ain't no way I'm ever gonna love you" Hmmm... I'd say "two out of three".

    Your motion menu in TDA must be MPG and audio must be included.

    And what audio formats are acceptable from WAV, MP2 or AC3?
