Okay, your post makes little sense. You mention 3 programs. Which program are you looking for a guide for? Also have you bothered to click on the little help file at the top of the program?

With the Demo, you should have the Help Menu, as well as I believe a Demo project / tutorial it installs to help get your feet wet.

While there are very few posted guides directly show you how to do what in Producer itself, the closest or most similar product would be DVD Maestro. There are guides for that here, or on doom9.net as well.

Your most helpful tools however will be the tutorial, and then a quick read on the manual. The main difference between DVDit and Producer is you now will have to prepare all your menu's / overlays yourself (as it is unlike DVDit with the built in library), and also it can take any combination of ES sources within a project - psd, m1v, m2v, ac3, pcm, etc, etc,...

I use DVD Menu Stuido for menu / overlay (psd) creation and the Producer for all authoring once all your sources are prepared and ready to roll.

Producer is an excellant authoring package, I highly recommend it
