Have just installed Sony DRU-720A together with Nero 6. I have tried several times to back up DVDs without success. It copies them fine but 1-2% into the burning process i get "Communication Failure" and the process ends.

Have tried DVD+&-Rs also DVD+&-RW's varous manufacturers - same problem every time. cannot even copy "data" - same problem. This is so frustrating can any one help?

I also installed a trial version of DVDFabExpress in case it was the software but at the same stage I get "failed 16" I
