    Wild FX Pro is a great tool for making fancy titles for DVD Menus. VideoHelp shoud include it among its tools. It's definitely not expensive, and it works. It exports titles as .SWF files. People can render the final result (video + text effects) for instance with Vegas. Please chek it out.
