    Oh My Beloved Media...

    hello everyone,
call me cheap but i just cant stand wasting disk space. in the past i have had many problems while burning which would leave the disk with a little bit of data, but im pretty sure they were not finalized disks because the burning was not finished. so i didnt throw the disks away, instead i kep them, in hopes that there would, one day, be a way that i could use that unused space. so my question is, is there a way that i can still record on disks that have previously failed to burn the whole oringinal project? please post generously, and if there needs to be more clarification on the subject, please dont hesitate to say so... thanks alot

    Maybe.
I found this a while ago. It relates to cd's but who knows....
Did you ever wish you could edit your CD after it's been burned? Using windows XP's built-in burning system you can overwrite old songs/pictures/data. You cannot add new ones, but if you take any file and rename it to a file that is already on the CD, and overwrite it, you can change from one file to another without using a new CD.
    Good Luck
