Hello,
I know your supposed to take a 5 or 10 minute break for every hour your on the computer to give your eyes and body a chance to unplug but who really does????
I tend to get way too carried away when I'm posting at home.....

At home I often watch tv at the same time (right now I'm watching curling Canada vs Norway) so that changes the eye focus a lot.
I'll get a coffee or some water every once in a while just to stretch the legs a bit.
