I have embedded a Windows Media Player (WMP) object in a web page. I want to control the bit rate of WMP clients accessing the page.
For example: I want don't anyone to access the stream at a speed greater than 28.8 kb.
Is there a parameter I can use in the embedded player that will automatically set the bit rate in the client Windows Media Players accessing the web page?
Thanks for any tips

If you are streaming live, then your stream rate dictates the speed everyone can access the stream.
If it is a static file (ex. a 5 meg mpeg file stored on the webserver), then the access speed is only limited by the users internet connection speed and the speed at which your webserver can supply the file, I don't think you can limit that.Google is your Friend
