How am I supposed to maintain the Aspect Ratio while converting from avi to vcd using Main Concept MPEG encoder. It always converts the video to full screen 352*240 and the black bars don;t show so the faces in the movie look very long and odd.

Click on details and crop and scale and try different settings......I don't remember the exact settings.
