I've just got an xpert dvd maker 2800, when I try to capture video using my PC, the quality is very poor with blocks & lines all over the screen. The picture is fine on my laptop so I know it is not the dvd maker.

    Any suggestions ?

    Coalman,

Cant get any snapshots as when I try to, I get an error message
"Cant connect to smart tee input filter" & the display goes blank, followed by an access vioation caused by Honestechtv.exe

The "picture" is either from an anolgue camcorder or VHS (PAL) which displays perfectly on my latop using the same equipment. no DVD burner in laptop unfortunately.
