Hello,
I have 6 M2V files that I created in TMPGEnc 3 which I've imported into DVD Author and are each classed as separate chapters. However, when I export the project to a DVD Folder and run it in Windows Media Player, the end of each chapter and the beginning of the next one are cut out causing a big jump.
Now, I don't have a DVD-RW disc so before I use up a DVD-R disc I want to know whether this is a common issue of DVD Author (and if so how to fix it) or whether it's a common issue with WMP playing DVD VOB files from the hard disk. If it's WMP then when the project's all burnt to disc will DVD Players not have these large skips?
Basically, is there a way to create a delay between chapters in DVD Author? At the moment the next chapter plays a few seconds too early and cuts out the end of the previous chapter.
Thanks,
-LAJ

Try play with another software dvd player like Media Player Classic, PowerDVD, WinDVD. Open the video_ts folder or the video_ts.ifo file for real dvd navigation.

You can also add a chapter a few frames ahead of the first frame and then delete the first frame as a chapter point.
Do this for each new file you add.
