    Hey All,
    Maybe I'm doing something wrong
I'm trying to import a file (mpeg format) with both video and audio that I have stored on my harddrive (copied from a custom DVD), and I want to adjust the AUDIO in SF. When I try to import the file into SF, only the video showes up in clip frames, and there is NO audio.
    What gives?

The Screenblast (cheap) version of Sound Forge requires purchase of an optional MPeg2 plugin before a MPeg video file can be reencoded.

Audio may not be something SF reads. AC3?

I have the plugin-> Mpeg2. This is not Screenblast, the program I'm running is Sound Forge Audio Studio 7.0

    SF has never read AC3.
The SONY AC3 plugin may or may not work.
Never tried it. But it used to be for VEGAS/ARCHITECT only.

You have to figure out this project another way.

You're right there. It seems to be a 50/50 chance. Not one of Sony's better ideas...
