We have a digital camera that records video clips (how original huh?).
When I drag the pictures/movies from the camera to the computer, there are also .THM files which have to do with the videos (I know since they have the same names as the videos).
My question is, what are these files needed for or what can be done with them? Thanks for helping a confused digital camera user.

Ok that seems right. I guess they are the images that you see before playing them on your camera.
