i demuxed a divx avi file in Vdub.
First of all the audio file was shorter in mínutes than the movie file after demux!?
video: 108min
audio: 106min
I then cut off 2 minutes of the movie file so they would get the exact same length but now they are approx. 1 second out of sync..
Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong?..
ps. i had to convert the audio from 48000 to 44100 or else i got an error when converting.
it all started because i had a divx file that wouldnt be demuxed in vdub which then crashed..
I spent almost 6 hours now trying to repair this shit im goin insane...

hey there... i think your prob is some settings in virtual dub if that is what you are using... i had the same thing happen when i ripped dnd from dvd and converted it to divx. there is a setting that delays the audio for x amount of time before starting it... that way you can sync you audio and video sorry this is pretty general cause im at work and dont have my faqs handy to reference for you...
