    Hi all,

    Have a DVD mastered on a friend's DVD recorder. Don't know if a + or -.
The easiest solution would be to have a recorder to make an easy dub, but no luck here. What's the best software (easy too) for me to get this footage? I use Premiere 6.0 to edit.

How about just "drag-and-drop" to your harddrive?

  5. Or even using DVD Shrink, also free. Then, you can set the start and stop frames. Will at least help to edit out the stuff that you don't want at the beginning and end of the recording.

ok thanks again. This is a dub of a Hi8 raw camera tape of a choir performance. Never thought to just drag and drop.
