does anyone know if an older I-MAC with OS 9 is compatible with a new Motorola wireless router. Motorola can't seem to help. I can get the router home page up by typing in the router address in the address bar in IE Explorer, the latest edition for MAC's, but can not get on the internet.
Any ideas??

If you can get to the router, then the problem is between the router and your DSL/Cable Modem (whichever one you have)

get a linksys wireless ethernet bridge and it will allow your imac to work just fine with your router

edit
I guess if you are hooking directly to your router then make sure your imac is set up for dchp in its network settings -
