    I cant see like vcd file and I want to convert it to put into a cd, like I do with vcd files. Which is the program to do it? Nero I need to buy a plugin and Tmpgenc doesn't understand the format file.

    So, who can help me?

    You'll need to give more information...most importantly, what is the file's extension?

    It's possible you may have an SVCD (MPEG2), which is why TMPGEnc won't read it. Try getting the MPEG2 reader for TMPGEnc from the tools section, or open it in DVD2AVI and frameserve it to TMPGEnc like you would a DVD rip.
