I have a friend who works for Deloitte as a Broker.
He seems to like it.

I was talking to a few of their guys at a careers fair and they said it was a pretty relaxed environment. I really want to get hired by Accenture though, thats my number one choice at the moment.
I'd prefer to go into a consulting/analyst role over an investment banking sort of role because I reckon I'd hate having to deal with things like the shares, bonds, currency markets on a daily basis. -
Learning them early on gives you a good structured knowledge which would be invaluable when you progress.
There is nothing worse than someone coming in heading up a department and having no product or flow knowledge at all.
Anyway, I am rebelling and going talk more when I get home (after the pub).
Your on bloody early, trouble sleeping ??. -
That's definitely a point.
I don't know, we'll see how it goes, I might not even get a job offer which means I'll be travelling around the US on a road trip.
This pet shop project is going to screw up your plans to retire by 30 isn't it? -
I'm always on late especially tonight because tomorrow is my day off.
I'm also finishing off my application for Shell which is a load of arty-farty fairy questions. -
Yes it may throw a spanner in the works but if I keep on at the rate I am going I won't see 30.
I have put on so much weight cause I never have any free time. I have gone from being able to bench nearly 100kgs and going to the gym 5 times a week to be barely able to lift my fat ass out of bed.
There is a lot more to life than money. -

Good luck, Russ. As F.W. Woolworth once said, "You know you're successful when the person who signs your paycheck and the person who cashes it are the same person."
I'm taking early retirement this year or early next at age 55. And, my employer allows people to sign a list, allowing them to go home early if work levels are low. I go home early a lot. A lot of coworkers ask me how I can afford to do it. I just smile. You see, where I work, retirement benefits are based on the average of the top-3 earning years ... which are now behind me since I go home early a lot. And though retirement pay is less than full pay, I've gotten used to not getting full pay. So, by the time I retire, my retirement checks will likely be greater than my paychecks (grin). -
Good Luck! If you need a second opinion on your BP give me a bell.
Obviously you have a flagship product already in mind as the pet segment is a very competitive one, as you know, with some big boys all but dominating the food and health area.
One area that more open is the homeopathic and herbal area for pets, as is new age, religious, and brand accessories for pets. The days of just buying any plastic stuff from HK and making a decent profit are over. You need, obviously, to do your MR.
If I've just told you to suck eggs, my apologies
