  1. hi gang, not sure if this is the right forum section - however a friend of mine uses adobe encore for his digital video company, and recently he has been experiencing issues when the audio is about to encode.

the video encode process completes 100% no problems - then as it is about to encode the mpeg audio, windows does a complete memory dump and resests the computer.

is it a windows error, hardware error, or adobe encore error?

will turning off memory dump options in XP rectify this or make things worse?

    any suggestions appreciated.

You should post on the Abobe forum if its in fact a ENCORE bug (there are so many!)
    but....
Its probably not related to Encore but a Window protection error (or HARDWARE BLUE SCREEN)
above the thing about "a memory dump"
what does it say? for example:" IRQ_MORE_OR_NOT_EQUAL"
or what is the tech info??
    "Technical Information
    ***Stop:0x0000000A (0x000002DC, 0x000000FF, 0x000000000, 0x804E9D48)"

    without any info but
    "It does a memory dump"
we cannot help because of how all blue screens will make this
