dvd shrink problem

Ive been using dvd shrink for a while now with no problems. then out of no where last weekend it crapped out on me. I dont know what the problem is but now instead of taking a few minutes to run threw the disc when you open it, it just opens it in seconds with no open disc menu or time left ever appearing. i find that odd since that window always opens when your opeing the dvd. then i deep analyze it, and back it up like normal which go well. but when the actual burning begins it fails everytime. it never gets to far, maybe 5 or 6%. I am using ritek dvd-r (4x), and a sony dvd burner. like i said this has never happened until a few days ago, so I dont know what the problem is. anyone have any clue? I tried to reinstall nero, and i got the newest version of shrink, and still the same problem. Is it my burner? any help would be appreciated. thanks.

have you tried a different movie,

have you tried ripping with decrypter then shrinking with dvdshrink

have you tried burning with decrypter instead of nero

ive tried at least 5 different movies. as far as decryptor I dont have it, and know nothing about it. i assume its freeware online? how does it hook up with shrink? thanks.
