How do you do this?

I am _the_ biggest newbie here.

That said...this is my first ever attempt at encoding a DVD from a video file.

I'm going through the online walkthrough, and attempting the 'one-click burn' approach. Problem is, the graphic on the website shows a drop-down menu with an option to burn. It's a tiny black arrow next to a green arrow. My SVCD2DVD program has the green arrow, but not the tiny black one next to it. I drag my video file into the asset section, and click the green arrow, and it says "specify titleset" or something along those lines. I can type in the very first two spaces, but it doesn't allow me to fill in the rest of the information. I don't know what to do! Maybe a simplified walkthrough from someone who's been through this a million times?
