I've always used Ulead DVD pictureshow but decided to test MemoriesOnTV and found it much simpler to use (especially adding music) with a much larger selection of transition effects but...picture quality seems to be inferior.

Have anyone established that as well? Any other good software recommendation???

  2. Everything you have, throw it in the trash and go and get yourself a program called proshow gold 2.5 Everything you ever dreamed about doing in a picture slide show, you can do with that program. Go to their website and you can even see examples of work people have done using the software and you will see what you can really do with it. Do yourself a favor and get that program

I downloaded ProShow Gold and fully agree with you it's much better.
Thanks for the clue. Good bye Ulead and even MemoriesOnTV.

  5. I've used Memoriesontv for quite some time. Decided to try Pro Show Gold at my friends house. For information here is what I've found:
    1. Pro Show Gold took one minute to put a short video clip on the slide show area where memories on tv was instant for the video clip.
    2. Pro Show Gold previewed the video with the music not in sinc with the lips, MOT was in sinc.
    3. Using Pro Show Gold while the short video was initializing, I could not work elsewhere, MOT allows you to minimize and work elsewhere.

Of course you need the mpeg plug in for MOT.
