  11. well you can change the collor or pretty much do what ever you want with it,Or export it into a PSD file.

    If I understand what you are trying to do - have the black or colored part of the logo without the white background - it should work if you can use the .wmf files. I imported a few into Corel Draw to test and was able to place them over a colored background with no white showing. This will work fine for me since I use Corel Draw to make my labels and inserts. I would think Photoshop can handle .wmf files.

    These icons are all copyrighted, and may resulted in legal problems.

    Here's a quote from the site:

    Only companies that signed the DVD Format/Logo License Agreement and became Licensees are permitted to use the Format Specifications and the Logo for their products. The Logo is a Trademark owned by DVD FLLC, which only the Licensor (DVD FLLC) may authorize its use. If a non-Licensee uses the Logo for their products, that company is violating the Trademark Laws, which in turn make their products pirated-goods.

    There are limited instances in which the Logo may be used by non-licensees. They may include:

    1. Journalists and publishers who wish to use the Logo in connection with news stories/articles about DVD and/or the DVD Format;

    2. Speakers and panelists who wish to use the Logo in their presentation materials at seminars; and

    ** Video productions, authoring studios, contents providers

    If they use DVD FLLC’s Licensed Replicators, they are able to use the DVD Logo under the instructions of the Replicators.

    We ask such third parties to request in writing (STATEMENT) and receive written permission from DVD FLLC.
