    Okay, when you right click on the desktop, go to Properties, then Appereance. This is where I'm at. Currently I'm on Windows Classic but would like to go back to the XP style.

    Every time I try to do this, my computer freezes up and goes nowhere. When I do a hard reboot (hold the power button for 10 seconds so it turns off), it comes back and has the coloring of the XP style, but all the blocks and everything is still in Windows Classic.


    Any idea of what's happening here?

    Wierd problem. Try reinstalling your graphics card drivers.

    doing what, where? I don't know how to do that.

    doing some googline, looks like maybe its a registry problem?
