  1. Hi,

I am burning a DVD using Nero - burn DVD files. All is fine but when I check out the DVD in the drive using my computer it only displays about the first 10 characters of the disk label I actually enetered. i.e it truncates what I enetered.

What setting do I need to change so that the whole title appears.

I think it's a limitation of the ISO file system. Might be cured by enabling Joliet, if you've not already done so. (Or does that only apply to long file names?)

  3. Come on - someone out there must know !!

I am sure I have burned using copy2dvd and it has put a label far longer than that so there must be a way for Nero .

  4. I believe that this limitation was introduced in Nero 6 and above. Before Nero 6 you could use longer file names to label the DVD. The last I heard was that someone from Nero would into it as it appears to be a bug in the code.
