  1. I'm a bit confused, I like authoring all my movies WITH menus unlike alot of folks. When I go to the create menu tab in TMPG Author,... there are no options... everything is blank. There are drop down tabs, but they are all empty.
Am I suppose to have something there or what??

TDA can certainly generate menus - based on a number of different templates.

Check out one of the guides that covers menus with TDA (there's bound to be one) - it might point out something you're missing.

Or your installation of TDA is knackered.

    Hi Chaze,

It's as simple as Install TDA -> Load MPEGs / VOBs as your source files -> Create Menu from templates (in drop-down boxes) -> Create output.

I'm not at my PC at home, so can't access TDA. But it's pretty intuitive and nothing additional needs to be loaded. The templates are there from scratch.

This guide ( www.videohelp.com/forum/userguides/198813.php ) at about 80% of the way down the page, has a screen shot of the "Create Menu" step. To the far left, there is a drop down showing "Cloud 1". This drop down accesses the templates.

Play with "Edit Menu Theme" and "Display Menu Settings" to figure out what they do...

Let me make myself clear,...I know how to go into create menu/ edit menu theme, etc,... but in the drop down tabs,... the fields are all blank. It looks like something is suppose to be there, but it's not.
The layout tab, button tab, etc,...the fields are all blank.

  8. For instance,... there is no Cloud 1 option.
That field is blank, and so are the other fields.
