ogm file -how i can get out the subtitle???

Hi
I have this movie in ogm format also in the same dir i have an idx file and an sub file with same name as the movie...
Now if i play the movie with clasic media player i see the subtitle and i can chose more languages...
What i tried to do is to separate the sub with vdubmode, but if i open the ogm file and i go to list streams ...i have ONLY one stream and it's an audio, no sub text stream ...
The sub file, if i open it for editting, has unknown characters ...so is not a regular sub...
How can i save this subtitles ????

sub/idx subtitles are pictures of subtitles, not text. You can use a program like SubRip to convert them to text (via OCR) files.
