    Hello!

    I'm looking for an application (Windows XP + free) that can make indexes of
    my DV digital video tapes.

    The functionality I'm looking for is:

    - Thumbnail-creation of each scene on the DV-tape with display of timestamp.
    - Adding comments/keywords.
    - Searching for comments/keywords for easily retrieval of video-clips.
    - If possible: Batch capture of selected DV-scenes to harddisc.
