    sorry first my english not well and i do not have any experience at this thing .I apolagize if this site not support my questions if not you can delete my post

    what im trying is ;

    im trying to capture my pc screen ( i read how to capture part but couldnt see any answer ) during a game . i did find lots free programs around for do this
    but problem is ;

    i see all programs cant capture my movie as fast as they plays i mean wehn i watch them ( avi format ) i cant see all moves ,they capture all part movie but its too fast so some moves/parts cant looks clears.I wanna know what must i do for see all parts clearly ? do i must play around frame setups like +/- or what please help me and if you help please dont forget i dont have any idea about this videoworld so please try to explain with details enought

    i will try that program also but probably i will not get the result which i want cause i dont know which settings will help me to capture smooth

    if its important i use windows xp sp2 +128 mb msi 5200 fx + 1gb ram

    If you want to capture frame(s) from the movie you are watching then use the capture option of the software you are using. Usually all video playing softwares have a screen capture option.

    If you want to capture a screenshot of your PC then you can use Alt-PrtSc. Or if that does not work use some screen capture tool. I use IrfanView.

    You must note that screen capture utilitis may not be able to capture your movie frame.
    When I was born I was so shocked that I could'nt speak for 18 months.

    sorry I was trying to say recording screen instead capture .i tryed programs like camtasia studio,windows movie maker and many more which does same job you know this kind programs can record movies .
