    Is there anyway to change language on a mpeg video? Like changing it from german language and converting it to english? Thanks for anyone input!

    If its audio, no. If its subtitles, yes. Even if its subtitles, you have to write your own script your translating using a subtitle program..

    if it's the audio, the only way is to have the english audio track or know someone who speaks greman and can translate and re-record it
