Nero is telling me to use RMS instead of "Maximum" and for RMS the range is 5-50 (default 20) , "Maximum" range is 80-100, which one should I use? Thanks for your help and also what's the difference btw "RMS and "Maximum"?

RMS sets the music to a certain volume level,Maximum prevents clipping by keeping the level below 100%.Audio amplification uses dB level where 0dB=100% and pressed audio CD's are usually in the 90-100% range.
Use maximum and set to 90%.
