For some reason someting that was captured and encoded only play out of the right speaker... any way to make this play from both speakers or anything? Thanks (the file is now burned onto dvd in dvd format...)

You should be able to demux out the audio and change it so it's dual mono. You would have to reauthor and burn. I know you can do it with Audacity, or probably other audio editors, and TMPGEnc encoder can do this during encoding. Or, just change your DVD audio amplifier to mono?
I don't see any permanent solution except re-authoring, though. -
