Where can I download azid? I have been looking everywhere and all I find is it it codec packs. Can some give me a link, please?!!!!!

It is an AC3 decoder that I would like to use with BeSweet.
It is also known as a codec. -

I downloaded the zip file but it did not have the dll. does anyone know where the latest version (1.9) of the azid dll is? it would help alot if i could find it.
