1. Watch the movie with headphones on.
2. Record your commentary.
3. Rip the original audio
4. open it in an audio editor.
5. decrease original audio to under 50%.
6. mix (overlay, whatever you want to call it) your commentary with the original.
7. use an authoring program that supports multiple audio tracks and insert the extra audio (Ulead DVD Workshop, DVDLab, among others).
If you already have the commentary track, skip to step 7. I did that with the South Park Season One commentaries (after first syncing them up with the video). -

they released a seperate cd with audio commentary? a friend of mine has one of the seasons of south park.. i borrowed them, but there was only a very brief commentary... something like "this is blah blah episode, everyone does stupid commentaries, goodbye".. did they release a seperate cd with full audio commentary?
